| Summary: |
JACS - Southeast Asia (SEA) undertakes its field research activities focusing on improvement of environmental sanitation and mitigating highland/lowland conflicts. The research gears to develop appropriate approaches to environmental sanitation by introducing the concepts of decentralized wastewater management (DEWAT) and Material Flux Analysis (MFA). In addition, research partnerships have been established with local institutions in undertaking the field research.
